NSKREホスピタリティ株式会社（以下、「当社」といいます。）は、お客様の個人情報の保護及び適正な管理は重要な社会的責務であると考えており、以下のとおり個人情報保護方針を定め、全ての役員・従業者に周知徹底を図ります。
なお、本方針における個人情報には「行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律」に定める個人番号及び特定個人情報を含まないものとし、個人番号及び特定個人情報については同法に従い適正に取扱います。

NSKRE Hospitality Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) believes that the protection and proper management of customers’ personal information is an important social responsibility, and has established the following personal information protection policy. We will ensure that all officers and employees are thoroughly informed.
In addition, personal information in this policy does not include individual numbers and specific personal information as stipulated in the “Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures”. We will handle it appropriately in accordance with the same law.

当社は、個人情報の保護に関する法律、その他の関連法令等及び社内規程等を遵守し、お客様の個人情報の適正な取扱いと安全かつ確実な管理運営に努めてまいります。また、当社は、法令等の要請や個人情報保護の一層の改善のため、本方針の見直しを継続的に進めてまいります。

なお、特定の個人情報の利用目的が法令等に基づき別途限定されている場合は、当該利用目的以外での取扱いはいたしません。

お客様の個人情報は、上記の利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、当社グループ会社（日鉄興和不動産株式会社、興和不動産ﾌｧｼﾘﾃｨｰｽﾞ株式会社、株式会社日鉄ｺﾐｭﾆﾃｨ、赤坂ｲﾝﾀｰｼﾃｨﾏﾈｼﾞﾒﾝﾄ株式会社、品川ｲﾝﾀｰｼﾃｨﾏﾈｼﾞﾒﾝﾄ株式会社、興和不動産投資顧問株式会社等）で共同利用することがあります。この場合の個人情報の項目は、氏名、所属団体・部署・役職、住所・電話番号・メールアドレス等、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲の項目となります。
共同利用する個人情報の管理責任者は、グループ各社となります。なお、グループ会社の一覧、共同利用の目的並びに個人情報の管理責任者の名称、住所及び代表者の氏名等の詳細については、各グループ会社のホームページをご覧ください。
